Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. There is nothing here for you to opt out of — but here is how you can check that for yourself.

The plain answer

We have never sold your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Not in the last twelve months, not before that. We do not sell to lead buyers, lead aggregators, or anyone else.

This is not a policy we could quietly reverse without you noticing, because the site has no mechanism that would carry your information to an advertiser. There are no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels, and nothing we write into these pages loads from another company's server — that last point is enforced automatically every time the site is built, rather than by anyone remembering it.

How to verify it — and the one thing you will find

Open your browser's developer tools on any page of this site and look at the network requests and stored cookies. You will find no cookies at all.

You will find one request to another company. Our host, Cloudflare, adds its own analytics file (static.cloudflareinsights.com) to every page as it is served — it is not in our source, and we cannot remove it without changing hosts. It counts page views. It sets no cookie, does not identify you, and does not follow you anywhere. It is not an advertising tracker and your information is not sold or shared through it.

We would rather tell you it is there than have you find it after reading a page that said it was not.

You will also see the loan application window when you open it deliberately — that is ARIVE, which appears as themortgageexpert.my1003app.com, operating under their own terms.

If you still want your information removed

Email hello@clearpathidaho.com or call (208) 806-1224 and say so. We will confirm what we hold and delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it. You do not need an account, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

An authorised agent may make the request for you. We may need to confirm your identity first, so that we are not deleting one person's records on another person's say-so.
