We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. There is nothing here for you to opt out of — but here is how you can check that for yourself.

The plain answer

We have never sold your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Not in the last twelve months, not before that. We do not sell to lead buyers, lead aggregators, or anyone else.

This is not a policy we could quietly reverse without you noticing, because the site has no mechanism that would carry your information to an advertiser. There are no advertising cookies, no pixels, no third-party scripts of any kind — and that last point is enforced automatically every time the site is built.

How to verify it

Open your browser's developer tools on any page of this site and look at the network requests and stored cookies. You will find no cookies at all, and no request to any domain other than this one — except the loan application window, which you have to open deliberately and which is operated by ARIVE under their own terms.

If you still want your information removed

Email hello@clearpathidaho.com or call (208) 806-1224 and say so. We will confirm what we hold and delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it. You do not need an account, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

An authorised agent may make the request for you. We may need to confirm your identity first, so that we are not deleting one person's records on another person's say-so.
