What we collect
- Who you are — name, email, phone.
- What you told us about your finances — income, monthly debts, down payment available, a credit range you select, and your employment type.
- How you arrived — the page you were on, any campaign tags in your link, your IP address and browser identifier.
Only if you fill in the qualifier form. Reading the site collects none of it.
Why
To answer your enquiry about a mortgage, and to keep the form from being abused. Nothing else. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not enrich your record from other sources.
How long
90 days, then automatic deletion. Your enquiry also arrives as an email and is kept in our business records for as long as the law requires.
Sold or shared?
No. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. See Do Not Sell or Share.
Sensitive information
The financial details you enter are sensitive. We use them only to answer your enquiry, and for no purpose that would require us to offer you a right to limit that use.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@clearpathidaho.com. We will not treat you differently for asking. Full detail in the Privacy Policy.
