We build this site to be usable by everyone, and we would rather tell you honestly where it stands than display a badge.

What we aim for

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That is a standard, not a certificate — so what matters is what has actually been checked.

What has been measured

  • Colour contrast is computed on the deployed pages, in both light and dark appearance, rather than assumed from the design.
  • Every page works from the keyboard alone — every link, button and expandable answer.
  • Headings are in order, so a screen reader can navigate the page by structure.
  • Every image carries a text description, or is marked decorative so it is skipped.
  • Colour is never the only signal. Anything shown by colour is also said in words.
  • Text resizes without the layout breaking, and the site works at phone width.
  • The site respects your appearance setting, light or dark, rather than forcing one.

What we know is not finished

Two things, named because you may hit them:

  • Some small separator marks between footer items do not yet meet the contrast standard. They are decorative and carry no information, but they should still meet it, and we are fixing them.
  • The loan application opens a window operated by ARIVE. We do not control its accessibility. If it does not work for you, call us on (208) 806-1224 and we will take your application by phone. You will not be disadvantaged for needing that.

If something does not work

Tell us, and be as specific as you can manage — which page, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. We will reply within five business days and tell you either what we have fixed or when we will.
